Polarisation

The feed horn should have an arrow indicated on it, this must always point in the same direction as the main grid lines. Here are the two most common configurations. Please note the arrow on the head of the feed.

Vertical Polarization

For vertical the arrow on the feed needs to point up/down - it does not matter which, as long as it is vertical.

Horizontal Polarization

For horizontal the arrow on the feed needs to point left/right - it does not matter which, as long as it's horizontal.
