If you cant connect with winbox.exe

Download: http://www.mikrotik.com/download/neighbour.zip
Extract and run NeighborViewer.exe
Click Refresh
Click on your routerboard and click the "MAC Telnet" button
Login with admin and no password (just press enter at the password prompt)
Once logged in type /ip address add address=192.168.1.10/24 interface=ether1
Set your PC IP address to 192.168.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.0
Put 192.168.1.10 as the "connect to" address, Login: admin and an empty password
Press Connect
